See what's playingEvery Thursday in August, we’re hosting free screenings indoors in the TD Future Cities Centre at Evergreen Brick Works. Bring a blanket or lawn chair, purchase something to eat or drink from one of our on-site food vendors and settle in for a family-friendly movie in one of Toronto’s most beautiful settings. No registration required.

Arrive early
The movie starts at 7pm, show up at 6pm to grab your spot, get some food and explore a bit.
Food & drink
Food vendors We Burger, Salvadorian Grill and So Daam will be there each week for you to get a full meal or just a snack. The Evergreen Bar will also be open, serving a delicious variety of local drinks.
Indoors and air conditioned
The movie will be played indoors this year, where visitors can sit comfortably in an air-conditioned room and easily venture out to our gardens and trails before and after the show.
Extended shuttle service
Our free shuttle from Broadview station will be extended to ensure a ride home after the movie if you need it.
We believe that using active and sustainable forms of transportation is the best way to get to Evergreen Brick Works year-round! We encourage you to use transportation like the FREE Shuttle Bus, public transit, biking or hiking to get to the site if you can. Let’s collectively try to lower our emissions from travel!
Shuttle Bus: Hop on the nature express! Our free Shuttle Bus runs seven days a week, all year round. It departs every 30-45 minutes from Broadview Station. Bonus: We’re adding extended shuttle bus hours on movie nights to make sure you can stay until the end and not worry.
Public Transit: TTC service is available via the 28 Bayview South bus from Davisville subway station. It runs from 6am – 1am from Monday to Saturday and 8am –6pm on Sundays. For more information, please see the TTC website. Pets are permitted if they’re leashed or in a carrier. This route is wheelchair accessible.
Biking: There are several ways to get to Evergreen Brick Works by bike. Check out the City of Toronto’s Cycling Network Map or try our suggestions on the Getting Here page.
Walking: Spring has arrived and one of our favourite ways to take in the season is by hiking to Evergreen Brick Works. Check out our suggested routes here.
A reminder that our FREE shuttle bus runs daily between Broadview Station and Evergreen Brick Works, departing from each location every 30-45 minutes. You can find our full, daily schedule here. This extended shuttle is for our movie nights only.

Come early and do some shopping! Our Evergreen Garden Market is open 7 days a week and is the best place to pick up native plants, gardening supplies, locally sourced health and beauty items and one-of-a-kind gifts.
