Donate nowEvergreen Brick Works offers a one-of-a-kind setting for meetings and private events.
Our spaces offer various capacities, from small meetings, intimate gatherings in the BMO Atrium to large scale events in the Pavilions or CRH Gallery.
Evergreen Brick Works operates as a social enterprise which means that your event helps generate revenues to deliver onsite programming that supports Evergreen’s mission of creating better public places.
Our BMO Atrium, Young Centre and 2nd Floor Meeting Rooms located in The Centre for Green Cities is our newest building on-site and holds a Platinum LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). We have a high efficiency, renewable geo-exchange system to heat and cool our buildings, creating a near zero carbon campus. Rainwater is also collected and stored for reuse in gardening and toilets. This in conjunction with water-conserving toilets, faucets and waterless urinals, reduces water use by more than 60%.
Our versatile blank canvas venues allow you to transform your event to suit your needs with flexible
configurations. Our BMO Atrium and CRH Gallery spaces are also equipped with rigging points for suspending decorations from the ceiling to create a more elevated and intimate setting.
We offer raw spaces with an abundance of natural light and high beams. We are surrounded by nature in the Don Valley, which gives the option to create an indoor/outdoor experience for your guests. Evergreen Brick Works also has a variety of different spaces which can be used for anything from small meetings to large galas.
Evergreen supports sustainable food communities, which means that we partner with food vendors that are environmentally, socially and ethically conscious.
We have 350 parking spots on site and 3 electric vehicle charging stations. We also have a free Shuttle Bus that departs every 30–45 minutes from the parkette on Erindale Ave, east of Broadview Ave (just north of Broadview subway station).
We partner with vendors that each meet certain criteria including: producing little to no waste, creating no toxic biproducts, using recycled, reusable and compostable products/materials, energy efficiency, using sustainable transport, sourcing locally, having LEAF, LEED or FEAST ON certification, conserving water and social responsibility.
Our bar program supports a selection of sustainable and locally sourced products, from farms and distilleries with likeminded, regenerative initiatives.
Our dedicated team specializes in handling all venue-related logistics. Our event managers work closely with our clients and suppliers to ensure a flawless event.
Events can be elevated with a beautiful takeaway gift that supports local and sustainable artisans, provided by Evergreen Garden Market.
