Book a desk for 1 day or have unlimited access all year round with our flexible desk options. Modifications are allowed with prior written approval:

Submit detailed plans for review

Obtain written consent from property management

Ensure modifications meet building codes

Restore space to original condition upon lease termination, if required

What is needed for the application process?

To apply for a commercial space, you’ll need to:

Complete our inquiry form

Provide financial statements from the past two years

Provide proof of insurance

Provide first and last month’s rent upon signature of the lease.
