Book a desk for 1 day or have unlimited access all year round with our flexible desk options. We offer:

    Maintenance responsibilities are divided as follows:

     

    Evergreen’s facilities team handles:

  • Structural repairs
  • Major system maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Common area maintenance

    Tenant handles:

  • Interior space maintenance
  • Fixtures and equipment
  • Cosmetic repairs within leased space
    • I‘m curious about what working at Evergreen looks like. Can I have a tour?

    Absolutely! Tours are by appointment through tenants@evergreen.ca.

    Can I modify the space?

    Modifications are allowed with prior written approval:

  • Submit detailed plans for review
  • Obtain written consent from property management
  • Ensure modifications meet building codes
  • Restore space to original condition upon lease termination, if required
    • What is needed for the application process?

    To apply for a commercial space, you’ll need to:

  • Complete our inquiry form
  • Provide financial statements from the past two years
  • Provide proof of insurance
  • Provide first and last month’s rent upon signature of the lease.
    • What expenses are tenants responsible for?

    Tenants are typically responsible for:

  • Monthly rent
  • Internet
  • Maintenance of leased space interior
  • Any customization or build-out costs
  • Insurance
    • What is the standard lease duration?

    Our standard commercial lease terms are:

  • Initial lease term: 2-5 years
  • Options for lease renewal
  • Rent escalation clause of 2% annually
    • What if I only need temporary workspace?

    You’re in luck! We are launching the Centre for Better Public Spaces this year and inviting public space practitioners into a co-working space amongst Evergreen staff.

    What are the office spaces like on site?

    We offer spacious, open concept office spaces with unique layouts and ample amounts of natural light.
