The Stories We Tell Ourselves
What does it mean to be here? The Stories We Tell Ourselves guided audio tour is now available for you to download for free and use at Evergreen Brick Works.
This tour is about exploring our relationship with the natural world, ourselves, and each other. You will be guided through four different stories, each leading you to a different location in the park and offering a new way of seeing the world. Each story offers you an invitation – it is a moment where you are invited to engage with the land in ways you may not have considered before. The tour begins on ground level at the Watershed Wall and finishes up high at the Lookout Point. At the end of your journey, you will have a chance to relax, look out over Brick Works and the city beyond, and wonder what it means to be here.

This podcast-style audio tour will explore what the Brick Works means to the people who spend time here. What is the thread that pulls the Evergreen Brick Works tapestry together? We’ll pull on that thread and weave a story about the multitude of ways that people engage with the Brick Work
