About the Forest Bathing Club

Inspired by the Japanese practice of ‘Shinrin-Yoku’, this practice draws on the interconnectedness humans have with our natural environment. You will be introduced to the concept of all beings, have stories told about the land, and be shown alternative ways of being with yourself, each other, and nature.

Forest Bathing Club is now offering a beginners walk for anyone new to the practice of Forest Bathing, and a returning members walk for anyone who has attended a walk in the past and would like to further their practice and build community.
