Sweet Pete’s Sunday Fat Bike Rides

This winter Sweet Pete's is hosting a guided fat bike ride every Tuesday and Sunday from Evergreen Brick Works.

Please note: Due to the unseasonably warm weather and rain, Sweet Pete's fat bike rides have been cancelled until further notice. Please check Sweet Pete's website for details on when the weather will allow for rides to resume.

If you were thinking of retiring your cycling legs for the season, think again. With super-wide knobby tires, fat bikes are the hottest thing in cycling this winter.

Fat bikes are built to handle lots of different terrain with ease—including snowy and icy trails. Join Sweet Pete's Bike Shop and their experienced ride leaders as they guide you through the best winter trails to explore on a fat bike.

Rides take place on Sunday afternoons at 1pm. Rides last for 1.5–2 hours and cost $40/person (price includes the guide, bike rental, and lights).

Please bring weather appropriate layered clothing including warm shoes and gloves. Bring your own helmet or borrow one of ours. Not sure how to dress? Contact us for recommendations!

Sweet Pete's will provide a fat bike, mountain biking lights, and a knowledgeable guide. In the case of severely inclement weather, check the Sweet Pete's twitter for updates.

Visit Sweet Pete's website for registration.
