Family-Friendly Salve Making Workshop

Join our Nature Play Animators to learn how to make homemade salve using one of the most prolific plants grown in the garden this year: Comfrey!

This salve or skin cream is great for helping to soothe and heal wounds, skin irritations or dryness. Learn about the healing properties of plants in this hands-on workshop, no experience required!

Participants will take home their own salve at the end of the workshop. This workshop is appropriate for children of all ages, with parental supervision. Evergreen will provide comfrey, oil, and beeswax to make the healing salve. Bring your own small containers to take some salve home.
