Join Cafe Belong for a range of free cooking demonstrations during this year's Winter Village.

Chef Brad Long’s team will be highlighting the best of Ontario’s local produce straight from our Saturday Farmers Market this festive season.

As a FeastON certified chef and champion of local produce, Brad and his team work every day to showcase the depth and quality of Ontario’s farmed and foraged ingredients. These demonstrations will be an opportunity to approach winter produce through the eyes and taste buds of a chef while learning new ways to celebrate unsung ingredients. Learn how to fill your basket for the week with produce you need to replicate these dishes at home and to apply the skills demonstrated to your own holiday fare!
