Can I attend the conference virtually?

How can I attend the conference in person?  

Tickets for our in-person conference are now sold out. We invite you to register for our virtual program here.  

How can I access my itinerary? 

If you are joining us in person, a confirmation email displaying your session selection for the day will be sent to you after registering on Eventbrite. Upon in-person check-in on the day of the event, our greeters at the registration desk will be more than happy to provide a physical copy! 

How do I get to Evergreen Brick Works?  

You can get to our site by walking, biking, transit and car. Limited parking is available, so we encourage taking active transport or public transit to site if you are able. More details can be found here.   

Will all sessions be available in French?

Some sessions will be available in French through live translation. Sessions with live French translation are indicated on our agenda. Please check back on our website for further details. 

Can I change my session selection after I’ve registered? 

We invite you to register for what interests you most based on the information currently available. We will be continuously updating our conference webpages with more details, so be sure to check back and change your selection if you’d like. Note that capacity will still determine if you can select a new session, and if you decide to change, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change back to your original selection at a later date.
