Go With The Flow: Teaching and Taking Action for a Healthier Watershed

Children have a natural curiosity about our world and an instinct to care for the environment and we want to reinforce that by giving them the knowledge and skills necessary to affect change.

By teaching students about the dynamics of the local water ecosystems – streams, lakes and wetlands – and the life they sustain, school communities can play a meaningful role in helping to maintain and actively improve the health of their watershed.
