Organic, vegan, raw vegan and gluten-free salads, dips, sauces, dressings. I work with local organic farmers to use produce that is in season directly from their farms. What is not sourced locally will be certified organic. I work strictly with products that are farmed organically and are fair trade. All of my serving utensils, napkins, plates, etc., are made using bio-degradable andéor sustainable materials.
Local Food Court vendors are on a alternating schedule to be able to give a fair opportunity to all our chefs to participate in the Winter Market
Doug Mc Nish will be returning on February 21st and available on site every Saturday except for Saturday April 18th.
