Our event spaces

BMO Atrium

The BMO Atrium is located on the main floor of the LEED® Platinum Centre for Green Cities. The space combines industrial brick and graffiti walls with modern architecture and soaring ceilings. The BMO Atrium works perfectly for corporate meetings, conferences, social receptions and intimate dinners.

 

Space Size: 2,800 sq. ft.

Capacity: 250

The Pavilions

The Pavilions are centrally located and provide covered outdoor space for a flexible venue. The north end of the building provides a gateway to The Frances and Tim Price Terrace and offers a stunning view of the parkland.

 

Space Size: 25,000 sq. ft.

Capacity: 1400

The Frances and Tim Price Terrace

Overlooking the ponds and the Weston Family Quarry Garden, the terrace offers a stunning view of the parkland. The Frances & Tim Price Terrace can be rented exclusively as an add-on to wedding receptions being held in one of our indoor event spaces, creating the perfect setting for your special day.

 

Space Size: 7,500 sq. ft.

Capacity: 250 (non-fixed seats)

Young Centre

The Young Centre is located on the main floor of the LEED® Platinum Centre for Green Cities. Two large heritage artifacts flank the sides of the space—the historic John Price brick press and the Foreman’s shed. These unique installations pay tribute to the site’s industrial heritage. The Young Centre is available to rent on select evenings and works perfectly for welcome receptions.

Picnic Cafe

Picnic is the perfect spot for an unforgettable evening celebration, nestled in the heart of Toronto’s Evergreen Brick Works—a historic destination that blends natural beauty with vibrant community spirit. In this iconic setting, Picnic offers a warm, inviting atmosphere year-round. Its private patio and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in, offering stunning views and a connection to nature in every season. Ideal for social or corporate events, the space works beautifully for both cocktail-style receptions and seated dinners. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a lively celebration, every moment feels special. Regular visitors to Evergreen will love celebrating in a place they already cherish, with The Food Dudes handling every detail to make planning effortless and elevated

Meeting Rooms

Nestled in Toronto’s lush ravines in a setting of awe-inspiring heritage buildings, Evergreen Brick Works is the ideal venue for your upcoming meeting. Located in the Centre for Green Cities, a LEED® Platinum certified building, our four meeting rooms offer various capacities.

 

Space Size: 550-1,100 sq. ft.

Capacity: 12-60

FAQs

Are pets allowed at the venue?

Service animals are permitted in the venue spaces at any time. Your pet can be present for your wedding ceremony only on either the Frances & Tim Price Terrace or Koerner Gardens and must be on leash and supervised at all times. Once the ceremony has concluded, your pet must be taken off-site for the remainder of the event due to health and safety regulations

Can we bring in our vendors?

We are a blank space venue that works with preferred and exclusive suppliers to bring in everything needed to make your event successful. For more information please see our general events package or contact us

Do I need to schedule an appointment to see the property?

All site tours are required to be scheduled in advance as our spaces are generally booked for events. Please contact your representative to schedule a time or contact events@evergreen.ca.
