Birthday Parties

We do not offer facilitated programming for the kids at the birthday party. With your booking you have access to a dedicated room and are free to explore any activations on site as well as the surrounding quarry and trail network.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted inside buildings, including in the party room, as well as in the Children’s Garden.

Evergreen staff are not responsible for the supervision of the children at the birthday party. We would suggest a 1 adult to 5 children ratio. Please consider the group size and age of the children when determining how many adults should attend to safely manage your group.

Our maximum group size capacity is 40 guests (adults and children included).

This program is offered year-round and is a rain, shine or snow event. Each booking includes access to our Bricks and Bites kitchen offering an indoor space during your event.

Payment:
You can book a birthday party by either hitting the book now button or contacting our team at birthdays@evergreen.ca. To secure your booking a 25% deposit is required. Full payment is due 14 days prior to your scheduled program date.

Cancellation & Refunds:
In the event of a cancellation, written notice by email is required 14 days before the scheduled program date. If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the program date, 25% of the total cost will not be refunded. Otherwise, program fees are refundable, less a 10% administration fee. Please note, Birthday Party bookings are non-transferable.

Rescheduling:
In the event of a cancellation 48 hours prior to the scheduled program date, we can reschedule you to the next available date for an addition 10% administrative fee.

Requests for cancellations, refunds or rescheduling must be made in writing and submitted to birthdays@evergreen.ca.
