We make delicious, nutrient dense, raw cultured vegetables and naturally carbonated kombucha. We build direct relationships with sustainable farmers in Southern Ontario, and provide education around healthy whole foods. We are Regional and Seasonal! On alternating Saturdays year-round, we bring Kombucha on tap for growler refills, and by the cup. Regular products include 3 types of Sauerkraut, vegan Kimchi, fermented hot sauce, Beet Turnips, Sichuan Daikon, and other traditionally fermented seasonal pickles and condiments. We also make Beet Kvass and Fire Tonic. Stop by for some samples!
