DonateKids ages 10 – 16 can learn to shred the Don with our expert instructors.
In these three-hour sessions, youth aged 10 – 16 can learn about their mountain bike and enhance their handling skills to smoothly navigate the expansive Don Valley singletrack. Expert instructors will teach tips and techniques, including climbing, descending, manuals and even safely jumping. Youth of all ability levels are welcome, and instructors will tailor the lesson to your skill level.
We recommend you bring a suitable bike and a certified bike helmet. We have only a limited supply of mountain bikes that can be borrowed. This program is weather permitting — we will not proceed in stormy weather or if the trails conditions are poor.
Once you have registered for single or multiple sessions, the program will meet at the Rec Hub at Evergreen Brick Works. Have any questions? Contact us at natureplay@evergreen.ca
