Share your best school ground lesson plans with other teachers across the country.
It’s easy to submit your favourite lesson plans. Moreover, it is a tremendous way to help other teachers learn from your experiences. Simply send them in by email along with the completed permission form.
Follow these steps:
- View the suggested format. This template file has embedded instructions. Lesson plans that are consistent in their layout are more easily formatted by Evergreen. However, formatting of lesson plans is not a prerequisite of having a lesson plan posted on Teacher’s Corner.
- View Sample Lesson Plan. Familiarize yourself with the lesson plan content.
- Download the Permission Form (PDF, 45 kB). Sign permission form and fax back to Evergreen at 416-596-1443. Teacher's Corner can only publish lesson plans that have adequate written permission from the author and/or publisher of the lesson plan (see permission form). Fax written permission from the publisher or original author if lesson plan material is not original.
- Email Us Your Lesson Plan. If possible, cut and paste the lesson plan titles from the template into your document and format your lesson plan. Attach your file to an email and send it in. We encourage you to submit diagrams or handouts that are integral to a lesson plan or samples of student work in their original graphical form (e.g. scanned and submitted electronically as attachments to an email).
- Once your lesson plan is received, you will be emailed an acknowledgement. Typically, it will take 4–6 weeks for the lesson plan to be peer reviewed, evaluated and posted (if selected). You will also receive an email once a decision has been made (i.e. if it is accepted without revisions, accepted with revisions or if the submission is refused). If your lesson plan is accepted, it will be posted on Teacher's Corner.
