School Ground Greening

This heartwarming video tells the story of the effect school ground greening has on the community, told through the eyes of teachers and students who have benefitted from the Toyota Evergreen Learning Grounds program since it's inception ten years ago.

 

Toyota Evergreen Learning Grounds helps schools and their communities create outdoor classrooms, providing students with a healthy place to play, learn and develop a genuine respect for nature.

Funding and Grants

  • Receive funding for your project, available to Canadian public schools and not-for-profit daycares.
  • Apply early: $500–$3,500 for schools; $500–$2,000 for daycares.
  • Applications are accepted on four intake dates throughout each school year in September, December, March and June. Find out more about next year’s intake.
