2006-2007 Funding Recipients
The Toyota Evergreen Learning Grounds funding program has awarded a total of $265,000 to 132 schools across Canada through the generous support of Toyota Canada Inc. and its Dealerships, BMO Financial Group, RBC Foundation, Wal-Mart Canada, Green Street, Vancity, an anonymous foundation, the Winnipeg Community Foundation and the Ottawa Community Foundation. Schools were able to apply for up to $2,000 and daycares up to $1,000 to create vibrant, natural learning environments and increase shade on their school grounds.
