An endowment gift to Evergreen is a permanent living memorial that that will green urban communities forever. Your endowment gift (the principal) is protected in perpetuity and each year the income produced will support Evergreen programming, as you will have directed in a customized endowment agreement. Endowment gifts can be made during your lifetime as well as through your will. Funding an endowment will often take many years and may involve multiple donors or family members. There is a minimum gift amount of $10,000 to make an endowment gift to Evergreen. A gift of $100,000 or more is entitled to a naming opportunity. A named endowment can honour a donor, a family-member or a loved one. An endowment can be funded with cash, securities, life insurance policies and other types of assets.
