Sponsorship and Partnerships at Evergreen and Evergreen Brick Works
Partnerships are integral to the success of Evergreen. Without them, Evergreen would still be just an idea. Partnerships and sponsorships help: 1. expand our programs which enable community engagement through nature based activities and 2. mainstream sustainability through education and by encouraging behavioural change towards being better environmental stewards of our planet.
The nature and community based initiatives we seek to support through sponsors and partnerships are our national programs, Learning Grounds and Common Grounds, as well as our ambitious environmental community centre, Evergreen Brick Works in the heart of Toronto’s downtown ravine system.
There are many ways for organizations to join Evergreen in bringing nature to our cities and towns. Whether you are interested in engaging your employees and clients to help plant and maintain a community garden or green a schoolyard (reaping the benefits of increased productivity, employee pride, less sick days, etc), or if you want to sponsor any of our initiatives, there are many opportunities to support Evergreen.
To meet our goals to build community and accelerate the uptake of sustainable practices, we welcome financial support and are open to in-kind proposals as well. That said, we have a rigorous process for seeking out and vetting potential partners and sponsors.
